The M.A. FORD 20017180 is a solid carbide, straight-flute die drill bit designed for precision holemaking in demanding materials. Built to DIN standards, it features an 11/64-inch diameter with a 135-degree split point and web-thinned geometry that reduces entry force and walking at the start of a cut. The uncoated carbide construction delivers consistent performance in cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, high-temperature alloys, and titanium. With a 2-inch overall length and 5/8-inch flute length, this bit fits tight-clearance die and mold work where standard-length drills cannot reach. Right-hand cutting direction.
