The M.A. FORD. 20015400 is a solid carbide, straight-flute die drill bit designed for precision holemaking in demanding materials. It carries a 0.1540-inch diameter, a 135-degree split point for self-centering entry, and a web-thinned geometry that reduces thrust and improves chip evacuation. The uncoated carbide construction provides rigidity and edge retention in applications where high-speed steel would deflect or wear prematurely. At 2 inches overall length with a 0.625-inch flute and a 1.375-inch shank, this is a compact, stiff tool built for tight-tolerance die and mold work. Right-hand cutting direction.
