The M.A. FORD. 180L7504B is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance finishing operations in demanding materials. Built to Series 180 specifications, it features a 3/4-inch diameter with a 0.03-inch corner radius and 7 flutes ground to a super-close pitch for smooth surface finishes. The tool carries an ALtima Blaze PVD coating, which is designed to extend tool life when cutting steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. With a 2-1/4-inch length of cut and 5-inch overall length, this end mill is suited for reaching into pockets and contoured features without sacrificing rigidity. It is installed in a standard straight-cylindrical toolholder by machinists and CNC programmers working in production and job-shop environments.

This end mill is intended for finishing passes in ferrous and hard-to-machine materials including steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium.
