The M.A. FORD 17831224NA is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. With a 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) mill diameter, 5 flutes, and a 0.03 inch corner radius, this tool is built for both roughing and finishing operations. The ALTiN (ALtima) PVD coating provides thermal resistance and hardness, extending tool life when cutting ferrous and exotic materials. The extended reach design and long-length configuration make it suited for deep-pocket and contour milling where standard-length tools fall short.
