The M.A. FORD 16425000 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of materials. Measuring 0.25 inches in diameter with a 0.50-inch length of cut and a 2.0-inch overall length, this stub-length tool delivers rigidity in tight-clearance setups. The two-flute, spiral design with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. Micrograin carbide construction provides wear resistance and edge retention across demanding applications. The uncoated finish makes it suitable for use with cutting fluids in materials where coating adhesion or heat buildup is a concern.
