The M.A. FORD 16302000 is a solid carbide square end mill engineered for precision milling in demanding industrial applications. Built from micrograin carbide with a bright, uncoated finish, this tool delivers sharp cutting edges and dimensional stability in small-diameter work. It measures 0.0200 inches in diameter with a 0.04-inch length of cut, a 0.125-inch straight-cylindrical shank, and a 1.5-inch overall length. The four-flute, 30-degree spiral helix geometry supports efficient chip evacuation and surface finish quality. Centercutting capability allows plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole. This end mill is installed and used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals running CNC or manual milling equipment.

This end mill is installed by machinists using a collet or end mill holder rated for a 0.125-inch shank diameter. Ensure the machine spindle is fully de-energized and locked out before changing tooling. Confirm runout at the collet before cutting, as excessive runout at this diameter will accelerate tool wear. Follow the machine manufacturer and cutting tool manufacturer guidelines for feed rate, spindle speed, and depth of cut appropriate to the workpiece material.
