The M.A. FORD. 15718751A is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in hard material applications. Built to Series 157 specifications, it features a 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) mill diameter, a 0.015 inch corner radius, and four flutes with a high-helix spiral geometry. The ALtima 52 PVD coating provides enhanced hardness and heat resistance at the cutting edge, making it well suited for demanding machining environments. It is centercutting, right-hand cutting, and configured as a single-end tool capable of both roughing and finishing operations.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight-tolerance profiling, slotting, and contouring in hard materials are required. The straight-cylindrical shank at 1/4 inch diameter accepts standard toolholders. With a 9/16 inch length of cut and 3 inch overall length, it fits compact reach requirements in die, mold, and precision part work. Installation Notes
