The M.A. FORD. 13837505R.125 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in non-ferrous metal applications. The cutter measures 3/8 inch in diameter with a 1/8 inch (0.1250 inch) corner radius and a 1 inch length of cut, giving machinists a reliable tool for blending radii and profiling contoured surfaces. With 3 right-hand spiral flutes and a bright/uncoated finish, this Series 138 end mill supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry into the workpiece. A licensed machinist or CNC operator installs and uses this tooling.
This end mill is intended for use on non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, and copper alloys where sharp edges and precise corner geometry are required. The regular-length flute profile and straight-cylindrical shank make it compatible with standard toolholders used on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills. The single-end design focuses cutting performance at one end for maximum rigidity. Its normal pitch and medium helix angle provide consistent chip evacuation at typical spindle speeds for non-ferrous materials.

This tooling is installed and operated by machinists and CNC operators in machine shop environments. Before changing or setting tooling, ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the control is in a safe state. Use a calibrated toolholder with the correct 3/8 inch bore and appropriate clamping torque per the toolholder manufacturer's specifications. Verify runout with a dial indicator after seating to protect tool life and part accuracy.
