The M.A. FORD. 13825007F is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in non-ferrous metals and similar materials. It features a 0.25-inch cutting diameter with a 1.25-inch length of cut and a 3-inch overall length. The three-flute, helical design runs at a 36-degree helix angle, promoting efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A titanium diboride coating reduces friction and extends tool life during high-speed cuts. The micrograin carbide substrate provides edge retention in demanding applications.
