The bright uncoated finish suits applications where coating interaction with certain materials is a concern. This is a single-end, centercutting tool, meaning it can plunge directly into the workpiece. It is sized and geometrically configured for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills with standard toolholders accepting a 0.5-inch straight-cylindrical shank.
