The M.A. FORD 11617190 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in a wide range of materials. It features an 11/64 inch (0.1719 inch) cutting diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and a 3/16 inch straight-cylindrical shank. The three-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining rigidity in the cut. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this end mill delivers consistent dimensional accuracy to a diameter tolerance of +0.000 / -0.002 inches. Centercutting capability allows direct plunge entry into the workpiece without a pre-drilled hole.
