The M.A. FORD. 11131250T is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations across a range of workpiece materials. It features a 0.3125 inch (5/16 inch) mill diameter with a 0.8125 inch length of cut and a 2.5 inch overall length. The four-flute, helical design runs at a 30-degree helix angle with right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction. A titanium nitride (TiN) coating improves surface hardness and wear resistance. The micrograin carbide substrate supports tight tolerances and consistent performance in demanding applications. This end mill is installed by machinists and tooling professionals in CNC and manual milling setups.
This end mill suits a broad range of materials, including hardened steels, cast irons, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, structural steels, and high-temperature alloys, as indicated by material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S. It is center-cutting, allowing plunge entry. The straight-cylindrical shank fits standard collets and end mill holders.
