The M.A. FORD 11110010A is a 4-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling of a wide range of materials in machining and manufacturing environments. It features a 0.1000-inch mill diameter with a tight tolerance of plus 0.0005 / minus 0.0005 inches, a 0.3-inch length of cut, and a 1.5-inch overall length. The 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, while the ALtima coating extends tool life across demanding cutting applications. The straight cylindrical shank measures 0.125 inches in diameter. This tool is handled and installed by machinists and CNC operators working on close-tolerance components.
The 11110010A is built for milling operations involving ferrous and non-ferrous metals, heat-resistant alloys, and composite materials. Its standard-length profile and small diameter make it well suited for finish milling, slotting, and profiling in tight workpiece geometries. The centercutting design allows for plunge entry. Compatible workpiece material codes include H, K, M, N, P, and S as classified by the M.A. FORD material coding system, covering a broad spectrum of metals and engineered materials used in aerospace, die and mold, and general precision machining.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit solid carbide square end mill for CNC machining centers and manual mills equipped with standard 0.125-inch shank collet systems. Suitable for workpiece materials classified under M.A. FORD material codes H, K, M, N, P, and S.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or CNC setup technicians. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool holder is clean and free of debris before seating the shank in the collet or end mill holder. Secure to the manufacturer-specified runout tolerance for the holder being used. Verify feeds, speeds, and depth of cut against M.A. FORD Series 111 application data before beginning the cut.
