The M.A. FORD. 11107500 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations across a wide range of workpiece materials. The cutter measures 0.075 inches in diameter with a 0.225-inch length of cut and mounts on a straight cylindrical 0.125-inch shank. Overall length is 1.5 inches, making it well suited for tight-clearance work. Four spiral flutes with a 30-degree helix angle provide efficient chip evacuation and a clean cutting action. The centercutting geometry allows direct plunge entry without a pilot hole. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard. This tool is uncoated and ships in Series 111 configuration.
This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers, manual knee mills, and high-speed spindle applications where small-diameter precision cutting is required. The solid carbide construction handles harder workpiece materials with less deflection than high-speed steel alternatives. Applicable workpiece material codes include H, K, M, N, P, and S, covering cast iron, non-ferrous metals, steel, heat-resistant alloys, and similar materials. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals working on molds, fixtures, and precision components are the primary users of this diameter range.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement or standard tooling selection for applications requiring a 0.125-inch shank, small-diameter square end mill in M.A. FORD. Series 111. Compatible workpiece material codes: H, K, M, N, P, and S.
Installation is performed by qualified machinists or toolroom personnel. Secure the shank in a properly sized collet or end mill holder and verify runout before cutting. Power down and lock out the spindle before changing tooling. At 0.075 inches in diameter, this tool is susceptible to breakage if feed rates, depth of cut, or runout exceed the manufacturer's recommended parameters for the material being cut.
