The M.A. FORD. 11100500 is a square end mill designed for precision micro-machining operations where tight tolerances and fine detail are required. The cutting diameter measures 0.005 inches with a length of cut of 0.015 inches, making it suited for extremely small-scale profiling and slotting work. Built from micrograin solid carbide, this end mill delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed at this diameter. The 4-flute, spiral flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes chip evacuation while maintaining surface finish quality. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute orientation are standard for conventional CNC milling setups.
