Lutron DVFSQ-F-BL is a Diva 3-speed fan control for a single ceiling fan, rated 120 VAC and 1.5 A. It provides an on/off rocker to set a preset speed and a captive linear slider to select Low, Medium, or High speeds. The device installs in single-pole or 3-way applications with Lutron Claro switches, requires separate fan and light wiring, and does not require a neutral at the wallbox.

• Controls one ceiling fan up to 1.5 A (120 VAC) with three quiet speeds (Low, Medium, High).
