The Lutron AY2-LFSQ-BL is an Ariadni combination fan and light control that integrates a quiet three-speed fan control and a separate incandescent/halogen dimmer in a single-gang device. It is rated for 120 V operation with a 1.5 A fan control and a 300 W light dimmer, mounts in a standard wall plate opening, and uses wire leads for connection. The left slider sets fan speed; the right slider and toggle control light level and on/off. The unit has a plastic enclosure and is UL listed.
