The LS ELECTRIC 83361634048 is a UA-series auxiliary contact block rated for 2 normally open and 2 normally closed (2NO2NC) contacts, designed to add supplementary switching circuits to compatible LS ELECTRIC motor contactors. Auxiliary contacts extend the control functionality of a contactor by providing status signals or interlocking logic to external control circuits, PLCs, or relay panels. This block is a direct add-on accessory for the MC-6a contactor series and is installed by licensed electricians or qualified industrial maintenance technicians working on motor control and power distribution panels.
This auxiliary contact block is suited for low-voltage motor control center (MCC) installations, industrial control panels, and machinery where contactor status feedback or interlocking is required. It is intended for use with the LS ELECTRIC MC-6a contactor and is a common component in commercial and light industrial motor control applications. The 2NO2NC configuration supports both seal-in and interlock wiring schemes in a single block.
Designed for use with the LS ELECTRIC MC-6a contactor as a UA-series auxiliary contact add-on block.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes. De-energize and lock out the contactor and control panel before attaching or removing the auxiliary contact block. The block clips or mounts directly onto the contactor body — consult the contactor and contact block documentation for the correct attachment method. Verify contact ratings are appropriate for the connected control circuit load before energizing.
