The LS ELECTRIC 6031001100 is a three-phase variable frequency drive (VFD) from the S100 series, rated for 25 hp in heavy-duty (constant torque) service and 30 hp in normal-duty (variable torque) service on three-phase input. It accepts 380 to 480 VAC three-phase input and delivers up to 39 amps output current in heavy-duty mode. The drive ships with a built-in EMC filter and an LED 7-segment keypad, reducing the need for external components. Control modes include sensorless vector and V/F, supporting a wide range of AC induction motor applications. Licensed electricians and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers.
This VFD is suited for commercial and industrial motor control applications requiring reliable variable-speed operation. Typical installations include pumps, fans, compressors, and conveyor systems where three-phase power at 380 to 480 VAC is available. The IP20 and NEMA 1 enclosure rating makes it appropriate for installation inside electrical panels or control enclosures in indoor, dry environments. The S100 platform supports both heavy-duty cyclic loads and normal-duty continuous variable-torque loads, making it a versatile selection across a range of industrial motor sizes up to 25 hp heavy-duty or 30 hp normal-duty on three-phase supply.
Designed for use with three-phase AC induction motors in the 25 hp heavy-duty or 30 hp normal-duty range operating on 380 to 480 VAC systems. Single-phase input is supported for reduced-capacity operation up to 10 hp heavy-duty or 15 hp normal-duty.
Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes. Disconnect and lock out all input power before wiring the drive. The IP20 and NEMA 1 rating requires mounting inside a suitable enclosure or control cabinet — do not expose this drive to moisture, dust, or outdoor conditions. Verify input line voltage and phase configuration match the drive nameplate before energizing.
