Loctite LOC59231 is a PST thread sealant, Type #592, in a slow-cure 50 mL (1.69 oz) tube. The acrylic, anaerobic-curing polymer fills and hardens within threaded metal pipe and fittings to prevent leakage, provides an instant seal for low-pressure testing, and when fully cured delivers sealing strength up to the burst strength of many piping systems. The formulation is high-viscosity for controlled application.
