Lochinvar MGN03030 is a 30-gallon direct vent tall natural gas water heater designed for manufactured/mobile housing. It provides a 60-gallon first hour rating and a 30,000 BTU input with a 0.61 UEF and 29-gallon rated storage volume. The unit features a bottom intake direct vent, pilot with piezo igniter, glass tank lining, and an automatic cleaning system. Gas control is convertible for natural or propane and it is HUD compliant.
