The LITTLE GIANT 115v 65gpm is a 1/50 hp automatic condensate removal pump designed to collect, detect, and remove condensation from air conditioning systems, high-efficiency gas furnaces, and condensing boilers. It operates on 115 volts at 60 Hz and draws 1 amp, making it compatible with standard residential circuits. The 0.5-gallon reservoir provides adequate capacity for typical HVAC condensate volumes, and the glass-filled polypropylene impeller resists corrosion and wear. With a maximum liquid temperature rating of 140 degrees F, this pump handles both cool AC condensate and hot condensate produced by high-efficiency heating equipment. Licensed HVAC technicians and plumbers install this unit as part of routine system commissioning or service replacement work.
This condensate pump is suited for residential and light commercial applications where gravity drainage is not available or practical. It is commonly installed alongside split-system air conditioners, mini-splits, high-efficiency gas furnaces, and condensing boilers. The automatic float-activated operation means no manual intervention is required during normal system cycling. The included 6-foot power cord simplifies installation near the air handler or furnace without requiring a dedicated outlet extension.
Designed as an OEM-style condensate pump for use with residential and light commercial air conditioners, high-efficiency gas furnaces, and condensing boilers where a gravity drain is not available. Sold under model VCMA-15ULS.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician or plumber. Power down the air handler, furnace, or boiler before connecting or servicing the condensate pump. Route the discharge line with the minimum rise and bends necessary to avoid back-pressure exceeding the pump shutoff head. Follow all applicable local plumbing codes regarding condensate discharge location and drain line materials.
