The Littelfuse L70QS200 is a Powr-Speed high-speed semiconductor fuse rated 200 A for 700 VAC/VDC systems. It uses a melamine round cartridge body (1.218 in dia x 5.085 in L) with bolt/direct busbar/stud mounting and Class AR protection. The fuse provides very fast-acting operation (~10 ms), interrupt ratings of 200 kA AC and 50 kA DC, low I2t characteristics, and an operating range of -55 to 125 C for industrial power converter and drive applications.
