The LITTELFUSE CCMR020.T is a Class CC time delay cartridge fuse rated at 20 amps, designed for general-purpose overcurrent protection in commercial and industrial electrical systems. Its dual-element time delay construction allows it to ride through harmless inrush currents from motors and transformers while still responding quickly to sustained overloads and short-circuit faults. The fuse measures 1.5 inches in overall length and 0.41 inches in diameter, fitting standard Class CC fuse holders. It carries UL Listing under UL 248 and UL 248-4, CSA certification, CE marking, and RoHS compliance, making it suitable for installations requiring documented third-party approval.
Class CC fuses are widely used in motor control centers, control panels, small motor branch circuits, and industrial equipment protection applications. The CCMR020.T is appropriate for residential, light commercial, and industrial control wiring where a compact, finger-safe Class CC fuse holder is already installed. Electricians and industrial maintenance technicians specify this fuse class when both short-circuit current rating and time delay characteristics are required in a small form factor.
Designed for use in standard Class CC fuse holders and fuse blocks that accept cartridge fuses with a 1.5-inch OAL and 0.41-inch body diameter. Confirm holder ampere and voltage ratings meet or exceed the circuit requirements before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with NEC Article 240 and any applicable local codes. Always de-energize and lock out the circuit before removing or installing fuses. Use an insulated fuse puller rated for the voltage class of the circuit. Do not substitute a higher-ampere fuse or bypass the holder under any circumstances.
