The LIONBEAM lbp42-46st is a fixed-position tilt TV wall mount built for flat-panel and curved screens ranging from 37 to 70 inches. Constructed from cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated matte black finish, it provides a rated weight capacity of 110 pounds while keeping a low wall profile of just 1.6 inches. The bracket arm and wall plate each use 1.5mm cold-rolled sheet steel. A built-in tilt range of 0 to -10 degrees allows the installer to angle the display downward for glare reduction or elevated mounting positions. Installation requires attachment to a solid wall or double-stud configuration at standard stud spacings of 406mm, 450mm, or 600mm. A hook-on bubble level is included to aid alignment during mounting.
This mount is suited for residential home theater and living room installations where a low-profile, fixed wall mount with tilt adjustment is needed. It is compatible with both flat-panel and curved TVs from 37 to 70 inches. The detachable panel design allows the screen to be hung onto the wall plate after the plate is secured to the wall, simplifying single-person installation. Licensed general contractors, AV installers, and experienced DIYers familiar with wall framing and fastener selection are the typical installers for this product type.
Compatible with flat-panel and curved TVs from 37 to 70 inches using VESA hole patterns of 200x200, 400x200, 300x300, 400x400, or 600x400mm. Requires installation into a solid wall or double-stud framing at stud spacings of 406mm, 450mm, or 600mm.
Installation should be performed by someone familiar with wall framing, fastener load ratings, and stud-finding procedures. Confirm stud location and fastener pull-out capacity before mounting, as incorrect fastener selection is the primary cause of mount failure. Power down and disconnect all cables from the TV before lifting it onto the mount. Do not exceed the 110-pound rated weight capacity.
