The Linear MDT-2B is a 3-channel block coded visor transmitter. It is compatible with Linear access control products. The transmitter features three channels, allowing various functions by pressing different buttons. The left or right button sends signals for channels one or two, while the top button activates channel three. The top button can be concealed using the cover that comes with the package.

This transmitter utilizes MegaCode technology, which provides over one million unique codes, reducing the risk of duplication. The receiver learns each individual code, ensuring that unauthorized access attempts using reprogrammed transmitters are thwarted.

When utilized with a Linear access controller, this device offers programmable transmitter ID codes. Users can enter a series of codes to add transmitters either locally or remotely. This flexibility aids in forming a tailored access control system.
