The Linear ACT-34D is a four-channel block coded key ring transmitter and proximity tag designed for access control systems. This device is compatible with all Linear access receivers and controllers. It features a quick-disconnect key ring and includes lithium batteries with a five-year service life.

The ACT-34D transmitter includes a unique 10-second time-out feature. This prevents continuous transmission by one transmitter from shutting down the entire system. The integrated 26-bit Wiegand proximity tag works with various Linear access control products, allowing users to gain access by waving the transmitter near the reader.

Each transmitter is preprogrammed with one of over 1,000,000 unique MegaCode formats. This greatly reduces the risk of code duplication, while the receiver can learn each specific code for added security. Block coded transmitters can be programmed into the system in memory, enabling simple management of security codes.
