The LIFTALL 58spasi is a 5/8-inch screw pin anchor shackle built for rigging and lifting applications in industrial, construction, and marine environments. The body is made from carbon steel for ductility and is galvanized to resist corrosion. The pin is alloy steel for added strength under load. With a working load limit of 6,500 pounds (3.25 short tons), this shackle is rated and stamped to ASME B30.9 standards. Rigging professionals, ironworkers, and crane operators rely on this type of hardware for secure sling-to-load connections on the job site.
The 58spasi is suited for overhead lifting, load securing, and rigging assemblies where a removable screw pin connection is required. The anchor-style bow provides a wider bearing surface, making it appropriate for use with wire rope slings, chain slings, web slings, and roundslings. It is commonly used in construction, manufacturing, shipyard, and general industrial rigging operations.
Designed as a standard 5/8-inch screw pin anchor shackle for use with wire rope slings, chain slings, web slings, and roundslings in rigging systems that require ASME B30.9-compliant hardware.
Installation and removal should be performed by a qualified rigger or trained lifting professional in accordance with ASME B30.9 and applicable site safety requirements. Always verify the working load limit is not exceeded before lifting, and inspect the shackle body, pin, and threads for wear, deformation, or corrosion before each use. The screw pin must be fully seated and moused with seizing wire when required by the lift plan. Never side-load an anchor shackle beyond the manufacturer's rated limits.
