The LIFT-ALL EN90X9 is an endless round sling rated for 4.20 tons (8,400 pounds) in a vertical hitch configuration. Constructed from polyester, this sling measures 9 feet in length and 1.75 inches in width with a sling diameter of 1.13 inches. The endless loop design distributes load forces evenly around the sling body, reducing concentrated stress points during lifts. Rated for operation up to 200 degrees F, it carries abrasion-resistant construction for use in demanding rigging environments. Licensed riggers and material handlers install and use this sling in compliance with OSHA and ASME B30.9 standards.

This sling is suited for industrial rigging, manufacturing, construction, and material handling applications where an endless synthetic sling is required. The polyester construction makes it appropriate for use around finished or sensitive load surfaces where wire rope or chain could cause damage. It is used in vertical, choker, and basket hitch configurations depending on the rated capacity for the selected hitch type. Choker capacity is rated at 6,700 pounds. The yellow color coding follows industry convention for quick visual identification of sling capacity class in the field.

Installation Notes

Inspection, rigging, and use of this sling must be performed by a qualified or competent rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Before each use, inspect the sling for cuts, abrasions, chemical damage, heat damage, or distortion of the loop. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch configuration in use, and do not use this sling if the color-coded jacket is worn through or the core is exposed. Remove from service immediately if damage is found.
