The LIFT-ALL EE2803TFX7 is a two-ply flat eye and eye polyester web sling designed for overhead lifting in industrial, construction, and rigging applications. The sling measures 3 inches wide and 7 feet long, with a vertical lift capacity of 8,800 pounds (4.40 tons) and a choker capacity of 7,040 pounds. Constructed from abrasion-resistant polyester webbing, it delivers reliable load control across a wide range of lift configurations. Licensed riggers, millwrights, and crane operators are the primary installers. The flat and tapered eyes at each end allow easy hookup to shackles, hooks, and lifting beams without additional hardware.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical, basket, and choker hitches in both light industrial and heavy-duty commercial settings. The polyester material resists common shop chemicals and moisture, making it appropriate for both indoor and outdoor use. It is rated for operating temperatures up to 200 degrees F, covering most standard production and field environments. At 3 inches wide, the sling spreads load contact across the lifted object, reducing the risk of surface damage on finished or coated parts.
Designed as a standard flat eye and eye Type 3 polyester web sling compatible with hooks, shackles, and lifting beams that accept flat or tapered eye terminations in the appropriate capacity range.
Overhead rigging must be performed by a qualified rigger following applicable OSHA and ASME B30.9 requirements. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, or broken stitching before each use, and remove from service immediately if damage is found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and always verify that all lifting hardware is rated to match or exceed the sling capacity. Protect sling eyes and body from sharp edges using corner pads or edge protectors where load contact is present.
