The LIFT-ALL EE2803DTX6 is a two-ply polyester web sling with twisted and tapered eye-and-eye configuration, designed for single-leg overhead lifting applications in industrial, construction, and rigging environments. The sling measures 3 inches wide and 6 feet long, with a vertical lift capacity of 8,800 pounds and a choker capacity of 7,040 pounds. The twisted tapered eyes allow the sling to seat naturally in hooks and shackles, reducing wear at the connection points. Rigging professionals and material handlers are the primary installers and users of this sling type. The yellow polyester webbing is abrasion-resistant and rated for use at temperatures up to 200 degrees F.
This sling is suited for general-purpose industrial rigging where a single-leg, eye-and-eye configuration is required. Common applications include machinery moving, structural steel erection, pipe and beam lifting, and warehouse overhead crane operations. The polyester construction makes it a practical choice in environments where contact with mild chemicals or moisture is possible, as polyester offers better resistance to acids and water absorption than nylon webbing. Rigging crews in manufacturing plants, shipyards, and construction sites regularly deploy this sling style for controlled single-point lifts.
Designed as a standard eye-and-eye Type 4 twisted-eye web sling for use with overhead lifting hooks, shackles, and rigging hardware compatible with 3-inch wide flat web slings in single-leg rigging configurations.
This sling must be installed and used by qualified riggers following OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9 requirements. Always inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, or chemical damage before each use and remove from service if any damage is found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and ensure the load is balanced and the sling is properly seated in the hook or shackle before lifting. Do not use this sling as a tie-down or in dragging applications.
