The LIFT-ALL EE1804TFX14 is a flat web eye-and-eye polyester lifting sling designed for single-leg rigging applications in industrial, construction, and material handling environments. Built to a 4-inch width and 14-foot length with a single-ply construction, this Type 3 sling delivers a vertical lifting capacity of 12,800 pounds and a choker capacity of 5,000 pounds. The flat tapered eye design allows for secure attachment to hooks, shackles, and lifting hardware. Constructed from polyester webbing, the sling resists abrasion and is rated for use in temperatures up to 200 degrees F. Licensed riggers and crane operators are the primary users of this equipment.
This sling is suited for single-leg vertical and choker hitches in general industrial rigging, warehousing, manufacturing, and construction lift scenarios. The flat web construction distributes load evenly across the sling width, making it appropriate for use with loads that require a stable, non-rotating contact surface. The gray and blue color coding aids in quick identification of sling capacity and type during job site inspection. It meets OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and WSTDA standards, making it compliant for use on regulated job sites where documentation of rigging hardware ratings is required.
Designed for use in single-leg rigging configurations with standard lifting hardware including hooks and shackles compatible with flat eye sling terminations. Confirm that all hardware working load limits meet or exceed the sling rated capacity before use.
Rigging and lifting slings must be inspected before each use by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9 requirements. Remove the sling from service if webbing shows cuts, abrasion, heat damage, chemical exposure, or broken stitching. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type in use, and ensure the load angle factor is applied when the sling is used off vertical. Store slings away from direct sunlight, sharp edges, and chemical exposure when not in use.
