The LIFT-ALL EE1802TTX14 is a single-ply, eye-and-eye polyester web sling rated for a vertical capacity of 3,200 pounds and a choker capacity of 2,500 pounds. Constructed from polyester webbing with twisted eyes at both ends, this sling measures 2 inches wide and 14 feet long. It is designed for single-leg lifting applications in rigging and material handling operations. The polyester construction provides abrasion resistance and is rated for use in temperatures up to 200 degrees F. This sling is built to OSHA 1910.184, ASME B30.9, and WSTDA standards, making it suitable for compliance-driven job sites.
This sling is used in industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments where a lightweight, flexible, single-leg lift is required. The twisted eye configuration allows the sling to seat properly in hooks and shackles without rolling or twisting under load. Typical applications include lifting machinery components, structural steel, and bundled materials. The gray and blue color coding aids in load capacity identification on busy job sites where multiple sling ratings are in use.
Designed as a standard eye-and-eye polyester web sling for use with hooks, shackles, and rigging hardware sized to accept a 2-inch wide sling eye in single-leg vertical and choker hitch configurations.
Rigging and sling work must be performed by a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9 requirements. Inspect the sling for cuts, abrasion, UV degradation, or chemical damage before each use and remove from service if any defects are found. Never exceed the rated load capacity for the hitch type being used, and ensure the hook or shackle throat opening is adequate to seat the twisted eye without forcing or distorting the eye loop. Do not use this sling above 200 degrees F or expose it to strong acids or alkalis, which can degrade polyester fibers.
