The LIFT-ALL EE1801DFX8 is a single-leg, flat eye-and-eye polyester web sling rated for 1,600 pounds vertical capacity. Built to Type 3 flat-eye construction, this sling measures 1 inch wide and 8 feet long, making it a standard-duty rigging tool for overhead lifting in industrial, construction, and trade shop environments. The yellow polyester webbing is abrasion-resistant and rated for use up to 200 degrees F. Rigging professionals, millwrights, and general contractors use slings like this for controlled, single-point vertical lifts on machinery, structural components, and fabricated assemblies.
This sling is suited for light-to-medium duty lifting applications in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, and field rigging work. The flat eye configuration at both ends fits standard hooks, shackles, and lifting hardware. The single-ply, 1-inch-wide web keeps the sling compact for jobs where a narrow contact profile is preferred. At a working weight of 0.7 pounds, it is easy to carry and deploy in the field. Choker capacity is rated at 1,280 pounds, giving riggers flexibility when the application requires a choker hitch rather than a straight vertical pull.
Designed for use with standard rigging hardware including hooks and shackles that accept a flat-eye termination; suitable for general overhead lifting applications requiring a single-leg polyester web sling.
Rigging and overhead lifting must be performed by or under the supervision of a qualified rigger in accordance with OSHA 1910.184 and ASME B30.9. Inspect the sling for cuts, fraying, chemical damage, and heat exposure before each use and remove from service if any defect is found. Never exceed the rated capacity for the hitch type being used — vertical, choker, and basket ratings are not interchangeable. Store away from direct sunlight, sharp edges, and chemicals when not in use.
