Product Description

The LEVITON TELCOM RGF15-GC is a 15-amp tamper-resistant GFCI duplex receptacle finished in gold, designed for use in residential and light commercial electrical installations. Ground fault circuit interrupter protection trips the outlet when it detects a leakage current imbalance, reducing the risk of shock in wet or damp locations. The tamper-resistant shutters block foreign objects from entering the slots, meeting NEC requirements for TR-rated outlets in child-occupied spaces. Licensed electricians install this device during new construction, renovation, or as a code-compliance upgrade to existing circuits.

This GFCI receptacle is suited for bathrooms, kitchens, garages, unfinished basements, outdoor areas, and any location where NEC Article 210.8 mandates ground fault protection.
