The LEVITON TELCOM OSC20-RMW is a multitechnology ceiling-mount occupancy sensor designed to automate lighting control in commercial and residential applications. Multitechnology sensors combine passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic detection to reduce false-off events and improve reliable occupancy coverage across a range of room types and layouts. The unit mounts to a standard ceiling junction box and is finished in white to blend with typical ceiling surfaces. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors are the primary installers of this device as part of a lighting control or energy management system.

Ceiling-mount occupancy sensors are commonly deployed in offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, storage areas, and corridors where consistent occupancy detection is needed.
