Installation must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC requirements and all applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit at the breaker panel and verify absence of voltage with a meter before beginning any wiring work. The device is mounted in a standard single-gang electrical box; verify box depth and load wire gauge are compatible before installation. Do not exceed the 1000-watt load rating, and confirm the connected lighting load is dimmable and compatible with the sensor before powering the circuit.
