The LEVITON TELCOM H6A10-3L is a Category 6A high-flex patch cord designed for structured cabling installations where frequent movement, tight routing, or repeated flexing is required. At 3 feet in length, this blue-jacketed cord is suited for short patch runs in rack enclosures, patch panels, switches, and wall outlets. The high-flex construction uses a jacket compound and internal geometry engineered to resist cracking and kinking through repeated bend cycles. Licensed network technicians and low-voltage installers use this cord in data centers, server rooms, and enterprise LAN environments where Cat 6A performance is required.
This patch cord is appropriate for horizontal and vertical patch field applications in both commercial and residential structured wiring installations. Its 3-foot length makes it a common choice for equipment-side connections at patch panels and top-of-rack switch ports. The blue jacket color supports standard color-coding schemes used to identify network segment types or VLANs in managed environments.
Designed as an OEM-style patch cord compatible with Category 6A keystone jacks, patch panels, and RJ45 ports conforming to TIA-568 standards for 10GBase-T structured cabling systems.
Installation is performed by licensed low-voltage technicians or network cabling professionals. Before servicing active patch fields or switch ports, confirm that disrupting live connections is coordinated with the site network administrator. Ensure RJ45 connectors seat fully and latch audibly in each port. Follow TIA-568 bend radius guidelines to preserve Cat 6A signal integrity, particularly in congested enclosures.
