The LEVITON T5325 is a 15 amp, 125 volt tamper-resistant duplex receptacle designed for residential and light commercial electrical installations. It carries a NEMA 5-15R configuration with a 2-pole, 3-wire grounding straight blade layout. The Decora-style faceplate profile fits standard Decora wallplates. Tamper-resistant shutters block foreign object insertion while still accepting standard 15 amp plugs, meeting NEC requirements for tamper protection in dwelling units. A licensed electrician installs this device during new construction, renovation, or outlet replacement work.
