The Leviton S12-TWR15-00W is a commercial-grade, tamper-resistant and weather-resistant nylon duplex receptacle rated at 15 amps. It is designed for use in damp and wet locations where NEC Section 406.8 requires weather-resistant protection. A built-in shutter mechanism blocks contact slots unless a two-prong plug is inserted simultaneously, preventing accidental insertion of foreign objects. The shallow-body design maximizes wiring room inside the box. Licensed electricians install this receptacle in commercial and residential applications wherever tamper and weather resistance are required by code.

This receptacle is suited for exterior walls, covered patios, pool equipment areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and any indoor or outdoor location subject to moisture exposure.
