The Leviton OSFLA-ITW is a complete assembled fixture mount sensor. It includes three lenses, with an aisle lens already installed. This sensor is pre-assembled with an offset adapter. It is suitable for commercial applications and works within a wide voltage range of one hundred twenty to three hundred forty-seven VAC.
