The LEVITON MFG CO M02-E5325-0MW is a 15-amp tamper-resistant duplex outlet featuring the Decora Lever Edge design. It combines a standard Decora form factor with color-coded lever terminals that allow fast, tool-free wire termination at each pole, including the ground. The lever mechanism produces an audible click when a secure connection is made, giving the installer a clear confirmation without a pull test. This pack includes 10 outlets and is suited for residential new construction and retrofit work where tamper-resistant receptacles are required by the NEC.
This outlet is designed for standard 15-amp, 120-volt branch circuits in residential settings. Typical install locations include bedrooms, family rooms, living areas, and any space where the NEC mandates tamper-resistant receptacles. The larger strap with tongue-and-groove alignment speeds up multi-gang box installations. The absence of exposed metal parts reduces incidental contact risk during rough-in. The white finish matches standard Decora wallplates. It is appropriate for both new construction framing-stage installs and direct-swap retrofits in existing boxes.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-construction receptacle compatible with standard single-gang and multi-gang electrical boxes accepting Decora-style devices. Accepts standard 15-amp, 120-volt residential wiring configurations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes. Always shut off the branch circuit breaker and verify the circuit is de-energized with a non-contact voltage tester before beginning any wiring work. Lever terminals are designed for use with solid or stranded copper conductors of the appropriate gauge for a 15-amp circuit. Do not exceed the outlet rated amperage; use a 20-amp rated receptacle on 20-amp dedicated circuits.
