The LEVITON MFG CO 000-04986-0GY is a commercial specification grade, horizontal-mount thermoplastic weatherproof cover designed for single gang duplex receptacle installations exposed to outdoor or wet-location conditions. The oversized cover features two independent self-closing lids, each actuated by noncorrosive stainless steel springs that return the lids to the closed position after cord removal. Mounting screws and a rubber gasket are included for a weather-tight seal against the outlet box. Finished in gray, the unit is built to perform in demanding commercial and industrial environments where code compliance and long-term reliability are required.

This weatherproof cover is suited for outdoor receptacle locations on commercial buildings, job sites, industrial facilities, and residential exterior walls. Installation Notes
