The LENOX QP22021CL20000 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and trade environments. Part of the LENOX QXP series, this blade measures 20 feet in length and 1-1/2 inches in width, with a 0.05-inch blade thickness and a kerf width of 0.082 inches. The tooth body is constructed from M42-grade high speed steel set into a spring steel back, delivering hardness and flex resistance in a single blade. The 2 to 3 TPI variable pitch tooth form reduces vibration and harmonic chatter during cuts, extending blade life and improving cut quality on a broad range of metal stock.

This blade is suited for horizontal and vertical bandsaw operations in metal fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and industrial service environments. Installation Notes
