The LENOX QP19019CL16167 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and trade environments. The blade measures 16 feet 2 inches in length and 1-1/4 inches in width with a 0.042-inch thickness. It runs a variable 4 to 6 TPI pitch pattern with a Vari-Raker tooth set and a positive rake angle, delivering efficient chip clearance across a range of material thicknesses. The M42 high-speed steel tooth material provides heat and wear resistance during high-cycle cutting. The spring steel back provides flexibility and resistance to fatigue under continuous band tension. This blade is installed by machinists, fabricators, and maintenance technicians operating vertical or horizontal band saws.
This blade is suited for production cutting of a broad range of metals including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, titanium, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch design reduces harmonic vibration and blade noise, making it appropriate for both solid bar stock and structural profiles. It is sized for machines that accept a 16-foot 2-inch blade loop with a 1-1/4-inch blade width. Contour cutting is not a rated application for this blade.

Gloves are recommended when handling the blade loop due to sharp tooth edges.
