The LENOX CL16038CL7750 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for cutting a wide range of metals in industrial and shop environments. Measuring 7 feet 9 inches long and 3/4 inch wide with a 0.035 inch back thickness, this blade installs on standard horizontal and vertical metal-cutting bandsaws. The variable 6 to 10 TPI pitch pattern reduces vibration and harmonic noise during cuts, improving blade life and surface finish. The M42 high-speed steel tooth tips are bonded to a flexible spring steel back, combining hardness at the cutting edge with fatigue resistance in the body. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors as well as fabrication shops rely on this blade for structural and tubing cuts.
This blade is suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, structural steel, tool steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The Vari-Raker tooth set and variable tooth form make it effective across a range of material thicknesses and cross-sections, from solid bar stock to thin-wall tubing. It is part of the LENOX Classic series and is intended for professional-grade bandsaw applications where consistent cut quality and blade longevity are required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit blade for metal-cutting bandsaws accepting a 7 foot 9 inch blade loop with 3/4 inch width and 0.035 inch back thickness.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with bandsaw blade tensioning and tracking procedures. Power down and lock out the bandsaw before removing the worn blade or installing a new one. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the blade loop. Verify wheel guide clearances and blade tension settings match the manufacturer specifications for 3/4 inch wide bi-metal blades before resuming operation.
