The LENOX 95677QPB123735 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and shop environments. It measures 147 inches (12 feet 3 inches) in total length and 1-1/4 inches in width, with a blade thickness of 0.042 inches. The variable pitch tooth form runs 4 to 6 TPI with a Vari-Raker tooth set and a positive rake angle, which helps reduce vibration and heat buildup during cuts. The cutting teeth are High Speed Steel M42 grade, bonded to a Spring Steel back for fatigue resistance through continuous use. Licensed HVAC techs, machinists, pipefitters, and metal fabricators install and replace these blades on vertical and horizontal band saws.
This blade is suited for cutting a broad range of metals in both production and maintenance settings. The variable pitch design makes it effective on solid bar stock, structural sections, and tubing. Material applications include alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metal, and titanium. The blade is intended for contour-free, straight band saw cutting and is a direct-fit welded blade for saws accepting a 147-inch loop in 1-1/4-inch width.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement welded bandsaw blade for horizontal and vertical band saws that accept a 147-inch blade loop in 1-1/4-inch width. Suitable for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metal, and titanium workpieces.
Blade replacement should be performed by a qualified technician with the band saw powered down and the machine locked out per applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Verify wheel diameter, blade guide spacing, and blade tension specifications on the host machine before installing. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling and uncoiling the blade. Do not exceed the blade speed rating of the host saw for the material being cut.
