The LENOX 95410QPB175410 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding metal-cutting applications in industrial and trade environments. The blade measures 213 inches in overall length and 1-1/2 inches in width, with a 0.05-inch body thickness and a variable-pitch tooth form in the 3 to 4 TPI range. The M42-plus high speed steel tooth material with a positive rake angle and ground cutting edge delivers clean, efficient cuts through a broad range of metals. Bandsaw operators and maintenance machinists install this blade on horizontal and vertical metal-cutting bandsaws in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, and production environments.
This blade is suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, titanium, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals. The variable pitch pattern reduces vibration and harmonic noise during the cut, which is especially useful when transitioning between solid bar stock and structural profiles. The QXP series designation indicates a ground tooth geometry intended for high-cycle production cutting as well as intermittent maintenance cutting. Single level set geometry controls kerf width for consistent, repeatable cuts.
Designed as an OEM-style welded replacement bandsaw blade for metal-cutting bandsaws accepting a 1-1/2-inch-wide blade with an overall loop length of 213 inches.
Bandsaw blade installation should be performed by qualified operators or maintenance technicians with the saw powered down and the main disconnect locked out per LOTO procedures. Verify that the blade guides, thrust bearings, and wheel alignment are properly set before tensioning the new blade. Do not exceed the blade speed or feed rate specifications listed in the saw manufacturer's documentation for bi-metal blades of this width and pitch. Wear cut-resistant gloves when handling the coiled blade during installation.
