The LENOX 91059NEB103315 is a welded bandsaw blade built for contour cutting applications in metal fabrication, maintenance, and production environments. The blade measures 10 feet 10.5 inches in total length and 0.75 inches wide, with a blade thickness of 0.032 inches. It runs at a constant 14 teeth per inch (TPI) with a raker tooth set and straight tooth form, delivering consistent chip clearance and predictable feed rates. Both the blade body and teeth are carbon steel construction. A hard back type provides rigidity and resistance to fatigue during extended cuts. Installed by machinists, metal fabricators, and maintenance trades using horizontal or vertical bandsaw equipment.
This blade is suited for straight and contour cutting operations on horizontal and vertical bandsaws in light industrial, machine shop, and maintenance environments. The 14 TPI constant pitch makes it appropriate for cutting thin-wall tubing, solid bar stock, and structural sections where a fine, consistent finish is required. The raker tooth set alternates set direction to reduce cutting resistance and keep the kerf clear during the cut.
Designed as a direct-fit welded bandsaw blade for horizontal and vertical bandsaw machines accepting a 10 feet 10.5 inch blade loop with a 0.75 inch width and 0.032 inch thickness.
Bandsaw blade replacement should be performed by a qualified machinist or maintenance technician with the saw fully powered down and locked out per OSHA lockout/tagout procedures. Verify blade tracking, blade tension, and guide bearing clearances after installation before resuming operation. Blade tension should be set per the saw manufacturer specifications for the blade width and material being cut. Do not operate the saw without blade guards properly reinstalled.
