The LENOX 89322QPB123660 is a welded bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for demanding cutting applications across a wide range of metal types. It measures 12 feet in length and 1 inch in width, with a blade thickness of 0.035 inches and a kerf width of 0.058 inches. The variable pitch tooth form runs at 5 to 8 TPI, reducing harmonic vibration and improving cut quality on variable cross-sections. The cutting teeth are M42-grade high speed steel, which provides elevated heat and wear resistance compared to standard M2 tooth material. Installers and saw operators in metal fabrication, maintenance, and industrial service will find this blade suited to high-cycle production cutting.
This blade is designed for use on horizontal and vertical bandsaws that accept a 12-foot welded loop in a 1-inch width. It is well suited for cutting alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel, mold steel, bearing steel, aluminum, other non-ferrous metals, and titanium. The variable pitch and Vari-Raker tooth set make it particularly effective when cutting bundles, structural shapes, or workpieces with irregular profiles where a fixed-pitch blade would chatter or load up. It is not intended for contour cutting applications.
Designed as a replacement or spare welded bandsaw blade for industrial and commercial bandsaws that accept a 12-foot blade loop, 1 inch wide, with a 0.035-inch gauge back.
Bandsaw blade installation should be performed by a qualified operator or maintenance technician familiar with the specific saw model. Disconnect and lock out power to the saw before opening blade guards or handling the blade. Verify wheel diameter, blade guide spacing, and tension specifications on the saw nameplate before mounting. Allow a new blade to run in at reduced feed pressure for the first several cuts to seat the tooth geometry and extend service life.
